Bearings.co.th Return Policy

At Bearings.co.th, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully to understand our procedures and requirements. By making a purchase from Bearings.co.th, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this return policy.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be reported within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Be in their original condition and packaging (where applicable, for items with manufacturing defects).
  • Be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Items returned due to a change of mind.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items.
  • Items that have been installed or used, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Items not in their original packaging or condition, unless the condition is a result of a manufacturing defect.

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return for a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team immediately at contactus@bearspec.co.th or Line ID: @bearingsbeltschain within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide clear photos of the manufacturing defect and scanned copies of the original invoice.
  3. Upon approval, our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item.
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  5. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

 

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

The cost of shipping items back to Bearings.co.th for a return will be borne entirely by the customer.

If the original invoice included any shipping fees, these original shipping fees will not be refunded as they have been consumed in the initial delivery.

 

5. Refunds or Replacements

Once your return for a manufacturing defect is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

For approved returns due to manufacturing defects, we will primarily arrange for a replacement of the item.

If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed within 21 business days either in the original mode of payment or as a letter of credit, at our discretion.

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Other than Manufacturing Defects)

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contactus@bearspec.co.th or Lineย ID:ย @bearingsbeltschain within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and scanned copies of the original invoice. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, subject to stock availability.
